Yes, it was pretty cute. Mike had to lift the poor baby out, and it was so scared/tired/confused it hid in our flower beds for a couple hours before it headed for the hills.
It’s better than finding a rattlesnake!

That’s way better than the voles who keep getting into one of our window wells, they have chewed up the screen so bad. Before we find the desire to help them out, something else finds them first.
Oh yes, the voles. We don’t have a single screen on the basement windows that havent been destroyed. They are too yuck to document with pics 😉 We don’t help the voles out either…
